Shipping policy

Shipping and Processing Time:

Order will  be processed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49 within the contiguous U.S.  We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS (for bulk order).  Once order is processed, you will receive a tracking number.  Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address.  SweetScentsible Candle Co. is not responsible for incorrect or undelivered package.  If your package is returned to sender, we will be happy to re-ship at buyer's cost.

Missing Packages

If your package has been marked as delivered but you are unable to find it, you will need to reach out to your local UPS or USPS to track it.  Please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist.
