Refund policy

We take pride on the quality of our product.  Each our product is handcrafted and made to order.  In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition.  

Return:

Please fill out the contact form and describe the reason you are returning the item.  Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail the item to:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  

Refund:

After the return item is received and approved upon inspection, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If your product arrives damaged by the shipping company, please contact us and we will do anything we can to make you happy.
